Growing a human is hard work. Let this prenatal massage help induce relaxation by taking some of the stress off of the hips, back and feet. Specially-designed cushions and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Filled with opposing strokes and gentle traction to alleviate compression in the spine and sacrum, this massage also includes warm towels to the face, feet and neck for a little something extra to help pregnant mamas relax.
