This massage is for bodies who are experiencing specific or general pain whether chronic or acute.  It is intended to address pain patterns, release soft tissue restrictions, and down regulate subconscious muscle guarding.

This massage is also a great addition to any athlete's training plan.  It may help prevent injury during training to prepare athletes for an event and it can assist their recovery from an event.

I suggest booking this service as a series because it typically takes more than one session to address an issue.  If it didn't happen overnight, it won't be fixed in one session.  This massage includes any instrument assisted modality or additional enhancement I deem appropriate (scraping, cupping, topical ointment, etc...).
